How can I track the process of my delivery?
We endeavor to get your order out from our Melbourne warehouse in 2 business days (don’t hold us to that, some of us like to call in sick and rather be at the beach) and you’ll be sent an email with a shipping confirmation update - check out the tracking link in there & refresh every two hours for updates.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
You’re quite the impatient one aren’t you… Simply put, if you’re in Australia you’ll most likely receive it within Depending on where your located in the world

Do you offer free shipping?
None of this free shipping over a certain amount, anything you purchase on our site comes with free standard shipping within Australia. Sadly we don’t offer free shipping for our friends overseas, but maybe in the future?
Do you ship internationally?

Can I change my order?
If you’d like to make any changes to your order, including order details such as name, email, phone number, address or change an item - please contact us at hello@chateaurelaxation.com and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Why would you want to do that? It’s alright we won’t hold a grudge…

How can I process a return?
Sorry, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on purchases for a change of mind.
