At Château Relaxation, we believe your incense shouldn’t be rushed — but we also know you’re eager to light that first stick.
Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your moment of calm.
🏠 Processing & Dispatch
All orders are shipped directly from our Melbourne warehouse.
We aim to pack and dispatch within 2 business days (unless the weather’s too perfect — in which case, we may be enjoying a “creative day” by the beach).
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking link.
You can refresh it every few hours to watch your scent travel toward your doorstep.
🇦🇺 Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Carrier: Australia Post (or equivalent service).
You’ll get tracking details once your parcel leaves our hands, so you can monitor its slow but steady journey.
🌍 International Shipping
We currently ship anywhere Australia Post delivers to.
International delivery times depend on your location and local customs processes, but generally range from 10–20 business days.
Please note:
- International orders do not currently qualify for free shipping.
- Taxes, duties, or import fees may apply depending on your country — these are the buyer’s responsibility.

💌 Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Didn’t receive it? Check your spam folder or email us at hello@chateaurelaxation.com and one of our butlers will send it through.
🪞 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
We wish we could hand-deliver every order ourselves (preferably wearing linen), but sometimes parcels go rogue.
If your order:
- Hasn’t arrived within 14 days (domestic) or 25 days (international), or
- Arrives damaged
Please reach out to us at hello@chateaurelaxation.com with your order number and any relevant photos.
We’ll liaise with Australia Post to resolve it quickly — and make sure your calm is restored.
📦 Address Changes
Entered the wrong address? Happens to the best of us.
Email us at hello@chateaurelaxation.com as soon as possible.
If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it for you.
If it has, we’ll do our best to reroute, but can’t guarantee changes once the parcel is in transit.
🕯️ Missing Parcels After Delivery
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but it’s nowhere to be found:
- Check with housemates, neighbours, or your local post office.
- Wait 24 hours — sometimes Australia Post marks items delivered slightly early.
- If it still hasn’t surfaced, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
